ARTCLOTH: graffiti challenge

Temp 80, SUNNY, a gentle breeze, and low humidity. It was a perfect day for painting outside! this is the preparation for our 2013 challenge. each participant will receive a piece of the artcloth we created today. These won't be distributed until Jan 2013 and will be due in January 2014.
A two yard piece of muslin was divided lengthwise. we used cheap acrylic craft paints.
And for the second half:

This looks like so much fun and I love what you produced. It looks like you did some stamping, too. Did you?

What a fun way to approach a challenge for your group. Can't wait to see what you all create.

It looks like everyone had a great time! We were going to do something similar at the state quiltfest but couldn't get back into the only room they were allowing us to paint in. I was so disappointed!
